Job summary

Bechtel Corporation seeks a Safety Services Lead for a long-term camp assignment in Pecos, TX. The role focuses on implementing and enforcing the Safety and Health components of the ESH program across a large energy project.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience leading Environmental, Safety and Health teams is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable of regulatory interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safety and health disciplines to implement ESH programs.
• Develop and maintain safety procedures and records.
• Lead risk assessments, mitigation planning, and monitoring of ESH issues.
• Prepare reports and communications for program execution and records.
