Bechtel is seeking an experienced Field Superintendent to lead onsite electrical construction activities at the Pecos, TX project. You will direct craft labor, supervise foremen, and ensure work aligns with design documents, safety standards, and the project schedule.

This long-term assignment requires strong coordination with engineering and subcontractors. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in underground electrical installations, with a proven track record in field

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 10–13 years of field construction experience.
• Experience delivering underground electrical installations as a Field Superintendent.
• Ability to interpret engineering design documents and vendor documents.
• Experience coordinating with design on constructability issues.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise craft activities and foremen on site.
• Schedule work and review progress against plan.
• Oversee tool usage and field material requisitions.
• Ensure design documents and changes are approved and followed.
• Coordinate with engineering and subcontractors on constructability and testing.
