Job summary

Link High Technologies Inc. is hiring an experienced IT engineer to lead Office 365 migrations and manage Azure infrastructure for clients in NJ, NY, and PA. The role combines onsite and remote support with a focus on documentation, proactive problem-solving, and customer advising.

You will own escalated issues end-to-end, maintain on-premise servers and virtualization, and participate in an on-call rotation. This position offers growth in a small, senior technical team based in Florham Park.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in MSP or IT consulting environments.
• Strong Windows Server / Active Directory administration.
• Hands-on Office 365 and Azure experience.
• Solid networking fundamentals (VLANs, routing, firewalls).
• VMware or Hyper-V virtualization experience.
• Experience managing corporate firewalls and backup platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead Office 365 migrations and Azure infrastructure deployments for clients.

• Own escalated technical issues end-to-end - be the go-to expert for hard problems.
• Keep client documentation current in IT Glue.

Link High Technologies Inc. is an established Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Florham Park, NJ supporting businesses throughout Northern New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, and New York City.

This position includes a combination of onsite and remote support supporting our clients in the NJ, NY, PA area. Preparation for hardware deployments is done in our Florham Park office. Candidate must be able to support our clients onsite as needed for troubleshooting and implementations in accordance to our SLA's.

What you'll do

• Own escalated technical issues end-to-end - you're the person other engineers bring the hard problems to
• Keep client documentation current in IT Glue
• Participate in an on-call rotation (paid stipend + on-call rate) [confirm and insert actual on-call compensation]
• Work directly with clients as a trusted advisor, not just a ticket-closer

Client Locations & Travel

Our clients are located across Northern New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, and New York City. Most client support is delivered remotely using remote tools; engineers occasionally travel to client sites for project work or complex issues.

Engineers report to our Florham Park office full-time, with flexibility when a remote day is needed.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $95,000-$105,000, commensurate with experience
