Qualifications

• 5+ years in MSP or IT consulting environments.
• Strong Windows Server / Active Directory administration.
• Hands-on Office 365 and Azure experience.
• Solid networking fundamentals (VLANs, routing, firewalls).
• VMware or Hyper‑V virtualization experience.
• Experience managing corporate firewalls and backup platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own escalated technical issues end-to-end — you’re the person other engineers bring the hard problems to

Link High Technologies Inc. is an established Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Florham Park, NJ supporting businesses throughout Northern New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, and New York City.
This hybrid position (3/2) includes a combination of onsite and remote support for our clients in the NJ, NY, PA area. Preparation for hardware deployments is done in our Florham Park office. Candidate must be able to support our clients onsite as needed for troubleshooting and implementations in accordance to our SLA's.

Client Locations & Travel

Our clients are located across Northern New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, and New York City. Most client support is delivered remotely using remote tools; engineers occasionally travel to client sites for project work or complex issues. Engineers report to our Florham Park office full‑time, with flexibility when a remote day is needed.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $95,000–$105,000, commensurate with experience
