You will support on‑premise servers, virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V), networking, and firewall management, while owning escalated issues end‑to‑end. Qualifications

• 5+ years in MSP or IT consulting environments.
• Strong Windows Server / Active Directory administration.
• Hands-on Office 365 and Azure experience.
• Solid networking fundamentals (VLANs, routing, firewalls).
• VMware or Hyper‑V virtualization experience.
• Experience managing corporate firewalls and backup platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead Office 365 migrations and Azure infrastructure deployments for clients
• Support and maintain on-premise servers, virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V), and networking (VLANs, SonicWall firewalls)
• Own escalated technical issues end-to-end — you’re the person other engineers bring the hard problems to
• Keep client documentation current in IT Glue
• Participate in an on-call rotation (paid stipend + on-call rate)
• Work directly with clients as a trusted advisor, not just a ticket-closer
