Job summary

Link High Technologies Inc. in Florham Park, NJ is seeking an experienced IT Engineer to manage Office 365 migrations, Azure deployments, and on‑premise server and network environments for clients across NJ, NY, PA. You’ll own escalated issues, maintain documentation in IT Glue, and participate in on‑call rotations with compensation.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, strong collaboration, and delivering reliable client infrastructure services with a hybrid onsite/remote work model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in MSP or IT consulting environments.
• Strong Windows Server / Active Directory administration.
• Hands-on Office 365 and Azure experience.
• Solid networking fundamentals (VLANs, routing, firewalls).
• VMware or Hyper-V virtualization experience.
• Experience managing corporate firewalls and backup platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead Office 365 migrations and Azure infrastructure deployments for clients.
• Support and maintain on-premise servers, virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V), and networking (VLANs, SonicWall firewalls).
• Own escalated technical issues end-to-end — you’re the person other engineers bring the hard problems to.
• Keep client documentation current in IT Glue.
• Participate in an on-call rotation (paid stipend + on‑call rate).
• Work directly with clients as a trusted advisor, not just a ticket-closer.
