Responsibilities include resolving daily client-contractor disputes, leading construction meetings, and driving safety and quality across highway improvement projects. 12+ years of related experience and a CA PE license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field.
• Professional Engineer license in California.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, including 5 years on Caltrans highway projects.

Responsibilities

• Plans and assigns work for field personnel while overseeing construction processes and materials testing.
• Resolves daily disputes between clients and contractors.
• Leads construction meetings to ensure project objectives are met.
