Job summary

WSP in the U.S. is seeking an Assistant Resident Engineer to supervise field staff and oversee construction inspection, testing, and quality control for roadway and rail projects.

You will serve as the primary liaison between the client, project team, and contractors, while reviewing project documentation and schedules to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. The role requires a bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field, 7+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Caltrans

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field is required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in resident engineering or similar roles.
• Proficiency in Caltrans standards and a valid driver’s license required.
• PE license in California is preferred.

Responsibilities
