WSP is seeking a Resident Engineer in California to plan and supervise field personnel, overseeing construction and materials testing to meet project objectives. You will resolve disputes between clients and contractors and lead critical construction meetings to keep projects on track.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and a California PE license, with at least 12 years of relevant experience including Caltrans highway improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in California
• 12+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years on Caltrans highway improvement projects
