Job summary

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems seeks an experienced F-35 SE Field Support Representative to support the 115th Fighter Wing at Truax ANGB in Madison, Wisconsin.

You will provide technical guidance and logistics support for F-35 Ground Support Equipment, advise on installation and configuration, and help resolve issues to ensure customer readiness. On-site work may include occasional weekend coverage and deployments with the customer as needed.

Qualifications

• GSE maintenance experience or related experience.
• Proficient in industry standard maintenance practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient using MS Office including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook.
• Experience using engineering drawings and technical data.
• Capable of working in hazardous flight line environment.
• Capable of lifting/pushing equipment in excess of 50lbs.
• Knowledge of industrial and aircraft maintenance safety standards.
• Candidate must have final Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and logistics support for F-35 Ground Support Equipment (GSE).
• Advise internal and external customers on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancements of GSE products and systems.
• Resolve technical problems to ensure customer satisfaction and readiness.
• Provide equipment familiarization on the full spectrum of F-35 SE products at customer sites.
• Coordinate with GSE managers, engineers, reliability engineers, and suppliers to address issues impacting safety, usability, reliability and availability.
