Job summary

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking an F-35 SE Field Support Representative to support 4 Wing for the Canadian Air Forces at Luke Force Base (AFB), AZ. This role provides technical guidance and logistics support for F-35 Ground Support Equipment (GSE) to unit technicians and GSE mechanics, ensuring readiness and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Aerospace Ground Support Equipment (GSE) maintenance experience or commensurate related experience.
• Proficient in industry standard maintenance practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient using MS Office Software including; Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook.
• Experience using engineering drawings and technical data.
• Capable of working in hazardous flight line environment.
• Capable of frequently lifting and / or pushing equipment in excess of 50lbs.
• Knowledge of industrial and aircraft maintenance safety standards.
• Candidate must have final Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and logistics support for F-35 Ground Support Equipment (GSE), supporting unit technicians, military personnel, and GSE mechanics.
• Advise customers on installation, configuration, or enhancement of company products, programs, and systems.
• Provide equipment familiarization to customers on the F-35 SE product line.
• Determine correct equipment configuration using engineering data and identify design deficiencies.
• Consult with GSE equipment managers, engineers, reliability engineers, and suppliers to resolve safety, usability, reliability and availability issues.
• Collect, archive, and submit GSE readiness status; identify reliability and maintainability issues that affect readiness trends.
• May require flexible work schedule to provide on-site coverage, including weekends.
• Serve an SE FSR for 4 Wing for the Canadian Air Forces at Luke Force Base (AFB), AZ.
