Job summary

Lockheed Martin's Edwards AFB, CA site seeks a Support Equipment Supervisor for the F-35 SE CLS team. The role leads a small team, manages maintenance and supply actions, reviews timecards, and coordinates staffing for on-site operations and deployments in support of OT&E.

Responsibilities include ensuring tool room and SE upkeep, engaging with LM HR for employee matters, and maintaining logs and safety standards on the flightline. U.S. Citizenship required and readiness for shift variability.

Qualifications

• Managerial background in military or civilian ground support equipment sustainment operations.
• Hands-on Aerospace Ground Support Equipment maintenance experience or commensurate related experience.
• Ability to frequently lift / pull / push equipment over 50lbs.
• Ability to acquire and maintain a local flightline drivers certification.
• Capable of working in hazardous flightline environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory oversight to a team of roughly 3 employees.
• Carry out annual performance reviews on all employees.
• Approve timecards and manage staffing actions for new or replacement employees.
• Host weekly employee engagement discussions and mentor staff.
• Coordinate travel authorizations for staff on site and abroad.
• Serve as liaison between CLS team and SE FSR employees on site for Edwards OT&E.
