Job summary

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems seeks a disciplined F-35 Support Equipment Field Support Representative to support the 173rd Fighter Wing at Kingsley Field, OR. The SE FSR will guide installation, configuration and troubleshooting of F-35 GSE, ensuring readiness and customer satisfaction on-site at government bases when needed.

Ideal candidates have GSE maintenance experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• Aerospace Ground Support Equipment (GSE) maintenance experience or commensurate related experience.
• Proficient in industry standard maintenance practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient using MS Office Software including; Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook.
• Experience using engineering drawings and technical data.
• Capable of working in hazardous flight line environment.
• Capable of frequently lifting and / or pushing equipment in excess of 50lbs.
• Knowledge of industrial and aircraft maintenance safety standards.
• Candidate must have final Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and logistics support for a broad range of F-35 Ground Support Equipment (GSE).
• Advise internal and external customers on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement of company products and systems.
• Resolve technical problems and troubleshoot to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide equipment familiarization across the F-35 SE product line to customers.
• Coordinate with GSE equipment managers, engineers, reliability engineers, and suppliers to resolve issues affecting safety, usability, reliability and availability.
• May require deployment readiness qualifications and potential on-site coverage at customer locations.
