Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site Northrop Grumman technical interface to customer and resolve issues arising from operations, maintenance, modifications and logistics support.
• Troubleshoot technical problems, determine solutions, and advise on maintenance tasks to reduce downtime.
• Read engineering drawings and analyze aircraft subsystem maintenance issues; operate test equipment for advanced troubleshooting.
• Document maintenance activities and identify failure trends to improve maintenance practices.
• Provide training and product briefings to customers, vendors, and program teams.
