• Ensure best in class client experience across Field Engineering operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client escalations from team members.
• Support roll-out of new or upgraded products.
• Serve as subject matter expert, providing technical guidance to resolve issues.
• Assist in providing technical training and improvement programs.
• Engage with dissatisfied clients to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor equipment, system and network performance; address recurring issues.
• Develop and recommend improvements to frontline solution processes.
