Job summary

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret Contract, Drawings, Specifications, Standards, and related technical documents to maintain the construction schedule.
• Research and resolve drawing interpretations problems, conflicts, interferences.
• Prepare, update and distribute work activity schedules and communicate across discipline groups.
• Manage the preparation of RFIs and related Submittals.
• Support planning and technical issues.
• Prepare construction work plan packages and coordinate pre-construction meetings.
• Coordinate Field Engineering activities with Construction Management team.
• Monitor and participate daily in field construction process.
• Provide layout checks and technical reviews of work against requirements.
• Assist in preparing monthly reporting for progress payments, schedule updates, and issue tracking and resolution.
• Provide accurate and factual assessments of project performance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors on material acquisitions and pre-construction deliverables.
