Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Sr. Manager of Field Enablement for North America. This remote role focuses on accelerating sales readiness across the region, bridging global strategy with regional execution, and enabling Account Executives to articulate Rubrik’s Zero Trust Data Security and AI-driven resilience value propositions.

Lead onboarding, program development, and the deployment of Rubrik’s sales methodology to improve quota attainment and win rates, with governance via CRM and engagement tools.

Qualifications

10+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Role, or Sales Leadership within a high-growth SaaS or Cybersecurity environment.
Deep understanding of the North American sales landscape and regional practices.
Proficiency with Salesforce, Highspot/Seismic, and LMS platforms; AI-assisted coaching tools a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop regional strategy and roadmaps aligned to global enablement programs.
Conduct regular gap analyses to identify readiness needs.
Partner with Americas regional directors to align enablement KPIs with revenue targets.
Oversee onboarding journeys to reduce ramp time for new hires.
Drive adoption of Rubrik’s sales methodologies for consistent pipeline and deals.
Track enablement impact via CRM (Salesforce) and engagement tools.
