Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Sr. Manager of Field Enablement for North America to lead regional enablement strategy and programs across the Americas. The role focuses on onboarding, value selling, and championing Rubrik’s Zero Trust Data Security and AI-driven resilience messaging to Account Executives.

The position is remote within the United States and reports to the Americas leadership, partnering with regional directors to drive KPI-aligned outcomes and revenue impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Role, or Sales Leadership within a high-growth SaaS or Cybersecurity environment.
• Deep understanding of the North American sales landscape, including regional practices and the cybersecurity market.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Highspot/Seismic (CMS), and LMS platforms; AI-assisted coaching tools is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Regional Strategy and Roadmap aligned to Global Enablement programs and programs based on the needs analysis and gaps by Leadership
• Gap Analysis: Conduct regular assessments of the sales team’s skills and performance to identify regional readiness gaps
• Executive Partnership: Partner with Americas Regional Directors to align enablement KPIs with revenue targets
• Program Development and Delivery
• Onboarding: Manage a world-class onboarding journey to reduce ramp time for new hires
• Methodology Mastery: Drive adoption of Rubrik’s sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, Command of the Message)
• Metrics and Operational Excellence
• Data-Driven Insights: Track enablement impact via CRM (Salesforce) and Sales Engagement tools (Clari)
• KPI Ownership: Measure success via quota attainment, win rates, and product plays adoption
