Sargent & Lundy is seeking an Electrical Specialist for field leadership of electrical systems across power plants in the southern United States. The role emphasizes safeguarding reliability, safety, and performance while guiding maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvements.

Travel to multiple sites will be required. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in electrical installations and a proven track record in leadership within the power generation sector, with strong collaboration

Qualificações

• 12+ years in electrical installations, operations and maintenance within power generation
• Proven leadership and management experience
• Strong knowledge of transformers, switchgear, generators and control systems
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices

Responsabilidades

• Oversee greenfield, brownfield and maintenance tasks on electrical systems
• Lead troubleshooting and diagnostic efforts to resolve complex issues
• Coordinate with engineering, operations and safety to minimize downtime
• Develop and enforce safety protocols for field work
• Monitor equipment performance and plan improvements
• Maintain records of maintenance, inspections and performance metrics
• Provide technical leadership to plant operators and maintenance teams
• Ensure work aligns with drawings, specs and contractual requirements
• Track progress and communicate updates to stakeholders in daily reports
• Collaborate with partners to address project challenges with creative solutions
