Qualus Corporation is seeking a Construction Manager to lead electric distribution line projects in the Conroe, Texas area. You will oversee multiple active sites, coordinate contractors and field crews, and ensure work meets safety, schedule, and quality standards.

The role requires travel between job sites and strong communication with stakeholders to drive successful project execution while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction management oversight.
• In-depth knowledge of electric distribution, OSHA regulations, and safety requirements.
• Experience coordinating contractors and field operations.

Responsabilités

• Direct multiple electric contractor crews on distribution line projects.
• Ensure safety standards, company specifications, and government regulations are met.
• Coordinate outages and manage documentation of performance and changes.
• Liaise with customers and contractors to meet project requirements.
