Bechtel Energy is seeking a senior Field Deployment Engineer to own a portfolio of field technology deployments across multiple projects along the U.S. Gulf Coast.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant field deployment experience preferred.
• Experience turning pilots into repeatable deployment standards.
• Ability to work in field construction environments and travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan scope, schedule, and cost for field deployment initiatives across projects.
• Own multi-project deployment portfolio and prioritize initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end pilot execution from opportunity to scale decision.
• Develop repeatable deployment standards, workflows, and training materials.
• Serve as primary technical escalation point for field deployments.
• Define business case and benefits realization for deployments; report outcomes.
