Qualifications

Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience.
Construction site experience in heavy industrial settings is required.
Experience with ASME B31.3 piping code and piping installations is preferred.
Experience with cryogenic piping is preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepares construction drawings and sketches.
Facilitates planning construction methods and procedures.
Initiates requisitions for field purchases.
Prepares quantity takeoffs of field purchased material and equipment.
Verifies commodities in quantity tracking systems.
Ensures zero accident philosophy and safety requirements are implemented.
Reviews and approves inspection test plans and coordinates subcontractor submittals.
