Job summary

Bechtel Energy is advancing a portfolio of large-scale projects along the U.S. Gulf Coast. The Innovation team identifies, pilots, and scales new hardware and software technologies to improve safety, productivity, and data quality on live construction sites.

You will execute field pilots, translate field feedback into requirements, and work with Project Field Engineers, Superintendents, IS&T, and Procurement to drive adoption and operational success.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience deploying, testing, or supporting hardware/software in field or industrial settings.
• Ability to define real-world test criteria and acceptance metrics.
• Strong documentation and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute scope, schedule, and cost for innovation initiatives on a project or area.
• Plan and run proof-of-concept and pilot deployments on active projects.
• Translate field observations into technical requirements and lessons learned.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and cross-functional teams on deployments.
• Maintain safety, quality, and data integrity during all deployments.
