• Bachelor's degree in engineering or international equivalent.
• 2–5 years of relevant field engineering experience (or 6–9 years in related work).
• Strong knowledge of construction and commissioning processes; proficient in MS Office; high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Participates with completions certification and turnover for the project through all phases.
• Monitors contractor certification deliverables and schedules.
• Develops reports and coordinates plant turnover to end user.
• Inputs data into system databases and maintains turnover processes.
• Assists with punch list and completions package checks.
• Oversees subcontractor submittals and documentation.
