Job summary

Bechtel Energy is seeking a senior field deployment leader to own a portfolio of technology deployments across multiple Gulf Coast LNG projects.

You will plan scope, schedule, and cost, select technologies for live job sites, and scale successful pilots into repeatable standards. You will mentor engineers and coordinate with vendors and project teams.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5–12 years of experience and travel to sites.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience, or 9-12 years of relevant work experience.
• Degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, robotics, chemical engineering, construction engineering, electrical engineering, computer engineering, systems engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Ability to work in field construction environments, comply with project safety requirements, and travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Owns a multi-project deployment portfolio across the U.S. Gulf Coast LNG projects.
• Plans scope, schedule, and cost; decides which technologies are ready for live jobsites and which are not.
• Mentors and develops junior deployment engineers and coordinates with vendors, project teams and leadership.
