Qualifications

• Hazard anticipation and safety controls embedded into pre‑job docs.
• QA/QC discipline to align with standards and prevent field discrepancies.
• Plan switching, outages, and restoration readiness with DACT/OMS.
• Ensure execution readiness across Field Crews, Dispatch, and Supply Chain.
• Coaching of planners and field personnel for safer, higher quality work.

Responsibilities

• Safety Leadership & High‑Risk Planning - identify hazards; embed rules; ensure controls before mobilization.
• Standards Compliance, QA/QC & Package Validation - verify work packages against standards and specs.
• Switching Readiness & Outage Planning - validate switching points and outage steps; coordinate with DOC.
• Execution Readiness & Work Enablement - validate access, permits, logistics, and materials.
• Technical Coaching & Field Support - clarify expectations, prepare plans, and review post‑job notes.
