The role acts as the on-site representative to the Construction Manager, driving planning, scheduling, and coordination with customers and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead field authority for project execution, sequencing, and technical resolution.
• Anticipate and resolve field issues with minimal Construction Manager input.
• Lead field coordination across multiple concurrent or technically complex projects.
• Develop and maintain overall site logistics and phasing plans.
• Attend pre-bid and pre-construction site visits.
• Supervise daily field construction activities and subcontractors.
• Participate in schedule development and daily progress tracking.
• Independently lead and manage multiple active construction projects.
• Review subcontractor submittals, RFIs, and change documentation for completeness and compliance.
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper sequencing.
