The role involves managing all facets of construction, coordinating with Government PMs, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with codes and safety requirements.

The position requires extensive MILCON project management experience, strong cost control abilities, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to safely deliver projects on time

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of direct experience managing construction projects/activities, including resource oversight and cost control.
• Experience with MILCON programs in planning, design, or building infrastructure.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local construction safety and environmental regulations.

Aufgaben

• Act as primary contact to Government Project Manager for the construction project.
• Plan, organize, coordinate, direct and control all construction activities to meet schedule and quality standards.
• Review plans, drawings and cost estimates to identify errors or compliance issues.
• Ensure contract compliance and resolve customer concerns and compliance issues.
