Job summary

Chugach Government Solutions is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead on-site project execution in Gig Harbor, WA, and NAVFAC Northwest sites. You will plan, schedule, budget, and oversee subcontractors while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires MILCON experience, a decade of construction leadership, and a customer-focused approach to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience leading construction projects/activities with cost control and customer support.
• MILCON program experience in planning, designing, or building infrastructure to support US military forces.
• Strong knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in construction.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary contact to Government PM assigned to the project.
• Plan, organize, coordinate, direct and control all construction activities to meet quality standards.
• Review plans and cost estimates to identify errors or potential issues.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and notify management of concerns.
• Support safety, environmental, health and quality teams; pursue quality control opportunities.
• Monitor project status with stakeholders to resolve safety, design, scheduling or cost issues.
• Conduct site visits and develop detailed project notes.
