Job summary

Weston Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager/Site Superintendent for Honolulu, HI. You will direct field activities, supervise subcontractors, and manage cost and schedule while liaising with project teams on a daily basis.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with 8–12 years in construction, HAZWOPER, CPR/First Aid, and the ability to read complex plans. A strong safety culture and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 8–12 years general construction experience.
• HAZWOPER and CPR/First Aid certifications required or current.
• Ability to read plans, specs, and construction drawings.
• Strong communication, safety awareness, and coordination skills.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct and drive field activities to project completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors and review bid evaluations.
• Monitor budget vs. actual costs and scheduling.
• Prepare daily notes, reports, and field logs.
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance on site.
• Communicate with program and project managers daily.
