Job summary

The role requires leadership of field teams, daily reports, and strong coordination with clients and trades to ensure on-time completion and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of construction management experience.
• Ability to understand construction contracts and drawings.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• OSHA 30-hour certification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of civil, mechanical, structural, electrical trades.
• Ability to supervise field teams and coordinate subcontractors.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set expectations for Weston personnel and subcontractors on schedule, installation, and testing.
• Review project status and prepare daily site reports.
• Coordinate with team, subcontractors, and clients.
• Ensure construction completion and customer satisfaction.
• Lead field teams and manage field operations, timetables and budgets.
• Provide technical oversight to ensure validity of activities.
