Qualifications

• 10+ years in heavy industrial construction with leadership experience
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial role leading teams
• Strong expertise in industrial piping systems and major mechanical installations
• Experience with Primavera P6 and Procore

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with financial, safety, and performance standards
• Introduce and uphold best-practice construction methods to enhance site efficiency and productivity
• Offer strategic input for decision-making processes affecting the division and contribute to budget development
• Ensure acquisition and maintenance of necessary permits, licenses, and certifications and enforce safety protocols for a 'Zero-Harm' environment
• Develop and implement standardized quality and performance procedures across field operations
• Oversee procurement processes and manage subcontractor performance to uphold quality and safety standards
• Build and lead a capable team, fostering a high-performance culture through effective management of subordinate leaders
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, contractors, and regulatory officials, providing comprehensive progress reports and updates
• Address and resolve complex operational issues requiring cross-departmental coordination
