The role demands strong planning, coordination of craftsmen and subcontractors, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

This position requires a four-year degree and extensive experience, with a focus on delivering projects in a cost-efficient and timely manner while maintaining excellent client relations.

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent in applicable field and sixteen years of related experience, or twenty years with no degree.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Job-related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable statutes and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all field construction activities for projects typically $50M–$150M.
• Coordinate construction crews and manage contractors/subcontractors within area of responsibility.
• Ensure conformance with drawings, specifications, schedules, cost estimates, and safety standards.
• Control schedule and cost using resources, materials, and equipment effectively.
• Promote safety culture on the project and drive safety as a core value.
