Job summary

Fluor Corporation is seeking an experienced Construction Manager III to oversee field construction activities for large-scale projects, ensuring adherence to plans, schedules, quality, and safety standards. You will direct multiple trades, coordinate with subcontractors, and maintain strong stakeholder collaboration across sites.

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent in applicable field and 18 years of related experience, or 22 years if non-degreed.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Job-related technical knowledge to complete the role.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable statutes and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field construction activities for large projects in conformance with plans and cost estimates.
• Direct construction craftsmen and manage subcontractors within the area of responsibility.
• Coordinate and direct site activities to meet project objectives and safety standards.
• Ensure alignment with Fluor OSR/OSIP and other business line requirements.
• Lead and coordinate with project managers, safety, quality, and engineering staff.
