Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree in engineering and 14+ years of related experience.
• Strong communication with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, and visitors.
• Solid technical knowledge to complete the job.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
• Attention to detail and time-conscious work habits.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical interpretation of design documents for construction management.
• Coordinate construction activities and prepare punch lists for turnover readiness.
• Maintain liaison with design engineers to schedule release of construction documents.
• Provide marked-up drawings and information for as-built drawings.
• Ensure drawings and information support constructability and commissioning.
