Qualifications

• Bachelor’s level degree or global equivalent in an applicable field.
• Strong communication with diverse audiences incl. management, coworkers, clients.
• Solid technical knowledge to complete field construction work.
• Attention to detail and adherence to schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field construction activities for projects valued $50M–$150M.
• Coordinate construction crews and subcontractors to meet plans and safety standards.
• Control schedule and cost using resources, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Monitor productivity and implement corrective actions for efficiency.
• Foster safety culture and ensure compliance with OSR and OSIP requirements.
