Job summary

Element2 Group is seeking a Superintendent to provide overall field leadership on a single project. You will lead a team of subcontractors, ensuring adherence to Fulcrum standards of Quality, Safety and Schedule, while acting with urgency and accountability to meet project timelines.

The role requires strong supervisory skills, experience in construction management, and the ability to coordinate with owners, design teams, and officials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or 7 years supervisory experience.
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Massachusetts Superintendent license helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Study and interpret construction documents to determine needs and action plan.
• Prepare and assist in baseline schedules and weekly updates.
• Coordinate inspections with local building officials and third-party inspections.
• Inspect work to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Create daily field reports with manpower, activities, and weather.
• Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews.
• Mentor trades and laborers and drive project culture.
