Job summary

Finix is seeking a Senior Creative & Design Manager to set the visual and verbal bar for the brand. You will write copy, shape brand identity, and build web pages and campaign assets with hands-on ownership.

Reporting to senior marketing leaders, you will own creative output end-to-end across campaigns, launches, and customer touchpoints, and you will present work to leadership to guide brand direction.

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Creative & Design Manager to set the visual and verbal bar for the Finix brand: someone who has written copy, shaped brand identity, and built web pages and campaign assets themselves, and now brings that range to every campaign, launch, and customer touchpoint across the marketing team.

You’ll own our creative output end-to-end: brand, campaign, and web design, working directly with the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager and Sr Organic Growth Manager on the assets that carry our paid and organic programs. This is a high-visibility role. Your work will be the face of Finix in every deck, ad, and event, with direct exposure to senior leadership on brand direction.
