Key Responsibilities

• Manage claims by analyzing exposure and litigation, planning actions, and resolving claims appropriately.
• Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the claims process.
• Provide empathetic, exceptional customer service to claimants.
• Handle claims in accordance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Document and communicate claim activity efficiently.

Qualifications

• Claims experience in Commercial Property, Construction.
• Indiana jurisdictional experience.
• Active Adjusters' licenses required.

Preferred Skills and Education
