The firm concentrates on creditor’s rights, foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation, and real estate transactions. Our practice serves Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Ohio, and Kentucky.

This is a great opportunity for an exceptional, motivated, and results-oriented Bankruptcy Associate Attorney who has experience in Default Services, Creditor’s Rights, and Bankruptcy. Please note that this position can be considered a remote work opportunity.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

1. Review and sign documents and pleadings.
2. Draft and execute documents and perform legal research.
3. Attend court hearings for bankruptcy matters.
4. Update the firm and clients on state-specific bankruptcy changes.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• In good standing with the states of Ohio and Kentucky, with current bar membership.
• Admission to the Bankruptcy Courts in Ohio and Kentucky; Indiana is a plus.
• Ability to handle legal issues practically and efficiently.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills; good interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical skills.
