Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience in healthcare sales, MSL, HCP, or nursing.
- Ability to convey scientific/clinical data clearly to physicians to support patient care.
- Proven track record of credible engagement with customers and strong sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Promotes approved indications within a defined territory to meet/exceed sales targets in a compliant manner.
- Engages HCPs with scientifically balanced information and drives demand for medicines.
- Maintains high-level scientific expertise across assigned products and therapeutic areas.
- Prepares comprehensive territory and account plans and informs call planning using CE^3/SOPHIA insights.
- Collaborates with field teams to optimize customer experience and share insights.
