Worley Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Field Buyer to lead procurement for engineered equipment, bulk materials, and project services across dynamic construction environments in the United States.

You will influence procurement strategy, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely delivery to support project objectives. You will collaborate with Engineering, Construction, Project Controls, Expediting, and Logistics teams to optimize costs, mitigate risks, and maintain schedule certainty

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible procurement experience.
• Experience procuring engineered equipment, bulk materials, and project services.
• Proven ability to lead complex purchasing activities within EPC/industrial environments.
• Strong supplier management, risk assessment, and contract negotiation skills.
• Experience aligning procurement strategy with project schedules and budgets.
