Successful candidates will have strong project experience, excellent communication, and the ability to lead and coordinate work in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Five years of related experience, including project specialist/analyst/manager roles.
• Proven facilitation of discussions to define processes and capture actions.
• Experience managing multiple assignments with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Identify content development opportunities aligned with business priorities.
• Collaborate with GPT and AI teams to improve automation and content scalability.
• Author and refine knowledge content to ensure accuracy and usability.
