Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication for customer interactions.
• Experience with hardware test instruments and protocol basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers using Teledyne LeCroy test and measurement equipment.
• Conduct near real-time support for US-based customers and remote/on-site for international cases.
• Assist with pre- and post-sales technical support via email, phone, and on-site troubleshooting.
• Demonstrate products and deliver protocol training webinars.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, engineering, and validation teams to recreate customer test environments.
• Gather field data, document findings, and prepare detailed reports on project status and actions.
