Job summary
Vitrafy Life Sciences seeks a Senior Field Application Scientist to help customers integrate cryopreservation products into cell workflows, optimize freezing and thawing, and improve cell viability and functional outcomes. The role bridges science, technology, and customer engagement, supporting pre- and post-sales activities.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cell biology–focused roles such as Field Application Scientist or similar customer-facing scientific position.
- Advanced degree (Ph.D or MS) in Life Sciences or related discipline.
- Proven ability to support technical sales processes and influence buying decisions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; translate complex science into customer value.
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 60%-70%).
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end cell cryopreservation workflows with customers.
- Provide expert pre-sales and post-sales support, and training for new product introductions.
- Collaborate with Sales to identify upsell opportunities and drive account growth.
- Lead troubleshooting and provide advanced technical support with internal teams.
