Job summary

Siemens EDA is seeking a Field Application Engineering Senior Manager to lead a high-performing technical sales engineering team focused on the HAV portfolio. You will guide customer engagements, shape product direction, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and R&D.

Up to 50% travel is required as you mentor Field AEs and drive successful evaluations. You will translate complex hardware verification technology into measurable business value, and collaborate across regions to optimize resource use

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering/Computer Science required; 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated leadership of technical sales or Field AE organizations.
• Deep expertise in hardware emulation, emulation offload/acceleration, FPGA prototyping, DFT, and power/low-power verification.

Responsibilities

• Lead Field AE team execution across technical sales activities for the Portfolio/Product Line.
• Guide evaluations and customer engagements with emulation, offload/acceleration flows, prototyping, DFT, and power-aware verification.
• Present technical value and ROI to customers and executives; define success criteria for engagements.
