Job summary

Siemens EDA is seeking a motivated Field Application Engineering Senior Manager to lead a high-performing technical sales engineering team and drive growth across the HAV portfolio. You will guide customer engagements, mentor Field AEs, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and R&D to shape product direction.

You will travel up to 50% and represent customer needs to influence roadmap decisions while driving successful technical evaluations and business impact.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering/Computer Science; 10+ years in relevant roles.
• Demonstrated leadership of technical sales or Field AE teams.
• Deep expertise in hardware emulation, FPGA prototyping, DFT, and power/low-power verification.

Responsibilities

• Lead Field AE team execution across technical sales activities for assigned Portfolio/Product Line.
• Guide evaluations and customer engagements with strong knowledge of emulation, offload/hybrid flows, prototyping, DFT, and power-aware verification.
