Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for Field and Sales operations, including SAP.
• Enter billing, scheduling and payroll data; maintain permits and orders in SAP.
• Prepare SAP reports each month as directed by manager.
• Review billing for clarity and obtain necessary authorization.
• Answer questions for field service technicians and support leadership.
• Maintain files, logs, and manuals for Field Operations and prepare required reports.
