Job summary

CareerPaths NW, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to own and grow a large Central Washington territory, focusing on Yakima and the Tri-Cities, with coverage in Ellensburg, Wenatchee and Chelan/Brewster. This field-based role requires self-management and a proven sales record.

Onboarding is provided, with a 4-week training in Lacey, WA and a ramp-up of 2–3 months. Competitive compensation includes health insurance, 401(k) with match, and bonus programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years outside, field-based sales.
• 5+ years with a single employer preferred.
• Willing and able to travel 2–3 days per week, including overnight travel.
• Currently located in Yakima, WA or Tri-Cities, WA.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a Central Washington B2B account base with focus on Yakima and Tri-Cities.
• Prioritize top 10% of accounts and target 900–1,000 customer visits per year.
• Conduct ~21 customer calls per week with 6 in-person visits Tue–Thu.
• Plan weekly travel schedule with planning Monday and local calls Friday.
• Attend team meetings in Lacey, WA every 4–5 weeks.
• Represent and sell a comprehensive product catalog including packaging, MRO and related industrial supplies.
• Build long-term relationships across industrial, manufacturing, agriculture, retail, and office sectors.
• Complete a 4-week onboarding in Lacey, WA and a 2–3 month ramp-up period.
