Ezee Fiber in Kent, WA is seeking an experienced OSP Field Operations Manager to lead a team of field technicians in fiber optic installation, maintenance, and repair. The role involves outdoor work and requires strong technical expertise and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will supervise crews, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinate with engineering, project management, and permitting teams to meet build milestones.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with 5–10 years in telecommunications or fiber OSP construction.
• At least 2 years in lead, foreman, or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of fiber optic construction, splicing, testing, and OSP standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction prints, permits, and fiber maps.
• Proven ability to lead field teams and coordinate cross‑functional work.
• Experience with mobile workforce tools and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee OSP field leadership and supervise crews and contractors.
• Coordinate fiber placement, splicing, make‑ready, restoration, and maintenance.
• Ensure work aligns with prints, permits, and specs; resolve field issues.
• Manage onboarding and training for field personnel and contractors.
• Track metrics and report production, safety, and quality data.
